It is appropriate time to make a few plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I've read this submit and if I may just I wish to recommend you few fascinating things or suggestions. Maybe you can write next articles relating to this article. I want to read even more things about it!

megadeth definately deserves to be ahead of metallica i actually would have put them further down the list. primarily because there best and most influential music came from dave mustaine. There is also one band that should have been credited because they saved metal from a downfall in the mid 90's when megadeth was being held back by their addictions and anyone who says that Pantera hasnt been a huge influence in what metal currently is has never heard the simple and yet amazing riffs of Walk or the insane solos Dimebag could pull off especially in Cowboys from Hell. but i love the list

With songs like I Can't Stop Loving You and Hot For Teacher, I don't like calling Van Halen metal per se as much as I love thinking of Black Sabbath as an incarnation of blues rock with pitch-black lyrics. A recent article from Yahoo! Music would agree: http://new.music.yahoo.com/blogs/listoftheday/91014/the-25-best-blues-rock-bands

That said, good call on Slayer and Faith No More. =)
