This photo was published recently by Macrumors.com but they are quick to tell the readers that its unlikely that this will become a reality
We have some serious doubts about the likelihood of such a device. These doubts are based both in the quality of the sources as well as the practicality of introducing a new form factor to the iPhone/iPod Touch platform.
Apparently, the “Nano” version of the iPhone supposedly packs 4GB and will retail for $99. Oh well, don’t bet on it. Anyone can do photoshop and do a smaller image side by side. Sheesh!
