Let’s face it, geeks rule the planet! Uber-geeks such as Bill Gates made computing easier, and Steve Jobs gave us the iPod – the next best thing to a virtual “best friend”, Steve Chen and fellow geeks brought us youtube… the list can go on and on and on and on.

Admit it. You are a geek. Fact is, if you’re reading this, chances are…. you ARE one.

I am a geek.

And I’m proud of it.

We used to be bullied at school, frowned upon due to our unorthodox and obnoxious behavior. But our teachers loved us, our parents loved us. We might not have the girls, but what we got is something far better – the future. And by the “future”, the fact is that geeks are statistically more probable to be successful (and yeah, richer) than the popular schmoe who’s the captain of the football team.

Oh yeah, baby… that’s what I call sweet revenge.

Now, why the hell did we come up with this website? There are a million blogs and scores of “geek-related” sites out there, yes? But we here at geekskrieg believe that they still miss out on a few things. Look, when you want to check out tech, you either go to a tech site or a tech blog… for video games, you go to another blog or site.

What we envision is a ONE-STOP destination for all your needs – be it information, funny videos, tech news, gadgets, babes or even modding – geekskrieg has it all.

And did I mention that we welcome contributions (articles, submissions) from the community? We value diversity through content as much as possible and want this blog to become a web-magazine FOR the readers and BY the readers.
